Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Shipping

We offer domestic shipping within the United States via USPS and UPS.  Shipping times and rates are dependent on the carrier and service you select at the time of purchase.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement.  You will receive email notifications when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unwashed, unworn items with their tags within 30 days (45??) of purchase.  All returns are processed via hello@thefulcrumapparel.com.  Returns that do not adhere to our returns policies will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you.

Gifts cards may not be returned.

We want to help you find the right size in our clothing, so if you have a question on fit, please send us an email at hello@thefulcrumapparel.com.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to submit a return request via hello@thefulcrumapparel.com.  All returned items must be received within 45 days of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How much does it cost to return an item?

There is a $6.95 return shipping fee for all returns.  This fee will be deducted from the refund to your original form of payment.

What is considered worn and not eligible for return?

  • Any item that does not have its tags attached.
  • Items that have been washed or have noticeable instances of wear. 
  • Items that have visible makeup, deodorant, or pet hair, or noticeable fragrance from perfume or laundry detergent.

Please be careful when trying on garments to not transfer makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or pet hair as these can render a garment worn.

What is the process for submitting a return?

  1. Submit a return request to hello@thefulcrumapparel.com specifying your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will email you a return shipping label.
  3. Please print the shipping label and repack your item(s) and the original packing slip in the original Fulcrum Apparel packaging.
  4. Drop the package at any USPS location.

When can I expect my return to be processed?

  1. Please allow 5 days to inspect and process your return after it is received. You will receive an email when your return is received.
  2. If your return is approved, we will issue a credit (minus a $6.95 return shipping fee) to your original form of payment. You will receive an email when your refund is processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  3. If your return is not approved, we will contact you to let you know the reason we are unable to accept the return and process a refund. Your item(s) will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

We want you to love your Fulcrum Apparel, which is why exchanges are always free.  If you have a question about fit or style, please reach out to hello@thefulcrumapparel.com and we’d be more than happy to help you find the right size and style for you.
